Appointment Guidelines
The safety of our customers and staff is our primary concern. We will continue to monitor the status of COVID-19 in our community and follow the recommendations of the CDC and local governments to do our part in providing a safe space for all of our patients. In addition to regular cleaning and sanitization, the following guidelines will be implemented for all appointments:
How we are putting your safety first:
- Daily temperature screenings of all staff members
- All staff members will be wearing masks and protective eye wear
- All staff members will wash their hands upon arrival & frequently throughout the day
- We will provide plastic bins for patients to put their belongings for use during appointments
- All surfaces will be thoroughly sanitized after every appointment
- UV light sanitization will be used for surfaces that cannot be wiped
- All linens in treatment rooms will be washed, whether used or unused
- Scheduling appointments with less frequency to minimize contact with other patients and allowing for proper sanitization
- Removal of all magazines and unnecessary high-touch items
How you can help:
- Call to schedule your appointment before coming to the office
- Complete the required consent form prior to your appointment
- Call our office from the parking lot prior to entering to help minimize contact with other patients
- All patients must wear a mask or face covering to enter the office
- Please come unaccompanied to your appointment and limit your personal belongings
- All patients will wash their hands upon arrival and will be given gloves to wear during the duration of their appointment
- All patients will have their temperature taken at each appointment. If your temperature is above 99.6° F, you will be asked to reschedule
- If you or anyone you may have had recent contact with is experiencing the following symptoms, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment:
- Fever, chills, muscle pain, body aches, headache, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing
