My overall experience was great. I had my abdominal and flank regions treated and I could not be happier. The staff was terrific and very knowledgeable about the process. They were very kind and compassionate and extremely professional. I would highly recommend them and Cool Contours to everyone.

The staff was very welcoming and I really felt like they were personally going along with me on my treatment plan. I described my areas of concern and they worked with me to come up with a treatment that fit me best. I would absolutely recommend Cool Contours to my friends looking into CoolSculpting.

During the treatment I got to watch a movie (or anything on Netflix) which helped me relax. The staff also came in room often to check on me and gave me a call button if I needed anything. It was clear the staff cared about their clients and I would recommend it to my friends and family! I’m am very excited to see my end result!
